This contract concerns the first phase of the project relating to the study of the compliance of the electrical installations of the following Sciensano sites, based on the reports of the approved bodies: - U099: Groeselenberg 99, 1180 Uccle - U642: Engeland 642, 1180 Uccle - E014: Juliette Wytsman 14, 1050 Ixelles. This first phase mainly consists of a global study (technical studies) to be carried out in view of the preparation of the adaptation works of our installations: - Analysis of audit reports and prioritisation of infractions - Drawing up of the calculation note (Elec calc, Caneco or other) - Situation diagrams - Block diagrams of the existing installations; - Single-line diagrams of the existing electrical panels based on on-site surveys; - Establishment of a schedule (listing the corrective measures aimed at resolving non-conformities) + budget estimate serving as an inventory in future contracts for the actual execution of the works.
