Germany – Engineering design services – Generalplanung Abwasser-Großwärmepumpe am Standort des Klärwerks Rosental, Leipzig

The Stadtwerke Leipzig is tendering for the comprehensive general planning of a large heat pump plant with a thermal capacity of up to 120 MW. The location is the Rosental Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project's objective is to construct a plant that is ready for operation and compliant with regulations, for the sustainable and efficient use of treated wastewater to provide district heating. The following services are to be provided: • Comprehensive general planning of phases 1 – 8 according to HOAI • Process and plant engineering planning including commissioning • Hydraulic engineering planning of the intake and discharge structure • Preparation of all necessary approval documents including expert reports • Project management and ongoing documentation • Construction supervision • Preparation of final as-built documentation • Responsibility for achieving overall conformity of the plant / CE conformity
