Germany – Plumbing and drain-laying work – Sanitärarbeiten

The District of Schleswig-Flensburg is the contracting authority for a three-storey administrative building with an underground car park at Wassermühlenstraße 43 in Kappeln. Gross floor area: 2,053 m², Net floor area (NRF): 2,637 m², Gross floor area (GRF): 668 m², Underground car park gross floor area: 1,136 m². The building will be constructed as a reinforced concrete frame structure. Strip foundations, reinforced concrete external walls of the underground car park and the cantilevered reinforced concrete ceiling will be made of in-situ concrete. The above-ground floors (ground floor and upper floors) will be constructed using reinforced concrete precast elements, steel system beams and prestressed hollow core slabs. The external walls are non-load-bearing and will be made of timber frame precast walls. The set-back upper floor and the roof will therefore be constructed as timber structures. The services to be procured include the sanitation installation: 1. Site installation, 2. Wastewater pipes, 3. SW lifting station, 4. Measuring, shut-off and control devices, 5. Drinking water pipes, 6. Thermal insulation, 7. Sanitary appliances, 8. Hygiene fittings and fittings, 9. Hourly paid work, 10. Inspection documents, 11. Maintenance contract.
