Czechia – Office supplies – Meziresortní společný nákup kancelářských potřeb pro resorty MZe a MK

The subject of the public contract is the supply of office supplies, the list of which with the required parameters is given in Annex No. 3 ZD. The contracting authority, in this annex, with regard to past experience, states the expected quantity of office supplies over the next 48 months. This public contract for supplies is awarded in accordance with the state's central procurement and with the decision of the Minister of Agriculture of the Czech Republic of 30.06.2020 on joint procurement, sectoral joint procurement, state central procurement and inter-sectoral joint procurement, in an open procedure according to § 56 ZZVZ. The central contracting authority awards this public contract for itself and for other contracting authorities (hereinafter referred to as "mandating contracting authorities") according to § 9(1)(b) ZZVZ on the basis of the "Agreement on Centralised Awarding". When subsequently fulfilling this public contract, the central contracting authority will act in the same capacity as the other mandating contracting authorities.
