To enable the operational units of the Kantonspolizei Bern to perform their duties in public order and other events, they need adequate catering to strengthen them. Depending on the assignment, duration of deployment and time of year, this can range from a small snack to a lunch, up to a nutritious, hot meal. With the present tender, four suppliers are to be found for the preparation and delivery of "Zwipf" and lunches in various sizes for the delivery area in the city of Bern and the surrounding municipalities.
