A product-specific software distribution and patch management solution for 23,000 managed Windows endpoints is being tendered. The contracting authority intends to procure software components under licensing agreements for purchase (including associated maintenance services) and for lease in the on-premises operating model, as well as in the cloud (lease only). The EVB-IT framework agreement will apply. The maximum volume for orders from this contract is set at 9 million euros net. There is no entitlement to exhaust this maximum limit. Within the four-year term of the framework agreement, licenses can be ordered up to the maximum limit. The term of the mandatory first order is set at three years. The framework agreement continues to apply after its expiry for the term of the individual orders.
