Romania – Miscellaneous data recorders – Achizitie „Piese de schimb intretinere statii automate si baraje – Loturi 1-3"

The subject procurement will equip the National Administration "Apele Romane" with spare parts for the maintenance of automated stations and dams, replacing defective components of various types of automated acquisition systems or radio communication systems, in accordance with the requirements and description in the Statement of Work. Any requests for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The consolidated response to clarification requests will be posted in the "list of clarifications notifications and decisions" section of the participation notice published on the site http: www.e-licitatie.ro. Bidders have the obligation to carefully analyze the Award Documentation and to prepare the offer in accordance with all instructions, forms, contractual provisions and technical specifications contained in this Documentation. Any responses to clarifications will be attached to the participation notice. These responses will be part of the award documentation and it is mandatory to take them into account in the preparation of the tender.
