This framework agreement concerns the supply and delivery of spare parts and accessories for the mechanical maintenance and bodywork of light and utility vehicles of the PEUGEOT brand. The public purchaser is the Procurement Centre of the Grand Reims Urban Community. The supplies, which are the subject of this framework agreement, meet the current needs of the Grand Reims Urban Community and the City of Reims, and the potential needs of other members of the Procurement Centre. This is a framework agreement, concluded in accordance with Articles R.2162-1 and following of the Public Procurement Code, and concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount set at 200 000 € HT for the total duration of the framework agreement. It will be fully executed by issuing purchase orders in the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It is established for a period from its notification date until 31 December 2027.
