Design & Build supply system. The subject of the Public Procurement is the implementation of the administrative building H (hereinafter referred to as the "Building"), including the performance of related design work, engineering activities and author's supervision services, and the relevant permits in the scope specified in the binding draft of the contract for work, which forms Annex No. 2/A to the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract for Work"). With regard to the selected equipment supplied as part of the performance of the Contract for Work, the subject of the Public Procurement is also the provision of maintenance services in the scope set out in the binding draft of the Service Contract, which forms Annex No. 2/B to the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Contract").
