Romania – Building construction work – Lucrări de execuţie pentru obiectivul de investiţii: „Hub Educaţional şi Comunitar Mihai Bravu” - Sectorul 3

The subject of the present procurement is the award of a works contract, which will establish the terms, conditions, and the legal, financial, technical, and administrative framework for the award of the Contract, in order to ensure that the Contractors, under conditions of safety, operational efficiency, and financial efficiency, carry out the works described in the statement of requirements. The description of the operations is available in the Technical Project and the Statement of Requirements related to the present award documentation. The award documentation contains all the documents necessary for the preparation of the tender. The contracting authority intends to procure Works for the investment objective: "Hub Educational and Communal Mihai Bravu" - Sector 3, consisting of the improvement of living conditions for the citizens of Sector 3 of the Municipality of Bucharest. The duration of the execution of the works is 16 months, and the execution of the works begins on the date provided for in the administrative order for the commencement of the works issued by the purchaser and communicated to the contractor and ends on the date of issue of the Acceptance Certificate upon completion of the works. The warranty period for the works – minimum 36 months from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate upon completion of the works; in the event that a tenderer offers a different warranty period, it has the obligation to justify it in a separate document within the technical tender, supported by the execution schedule and the other elements of the technical tender that refer to the offered warranty period. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 19 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information in the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
