Belgium – Beverages, tobacco and related products – Fourniture de vins pour les établissements scolaires de la COCOF

This contract takes the form of a framework agreement with order forms. It concerns the supply of wine on behalf of the Commission communautaire française (contracting authority), intended for the oenology section and the training restaurant of the Institut Roger Lambion, and in particular for the schools and institutional establishments under the COCOF. The ordered products serve a dual purpose:

• Educational: teaching aids for the study of grape varieties, terroirs and tasting techniques;

• Operational: regular supply of the training restaurant of the Institut Roger Lambion and other establishments of the COCOF using this framework agreement. The contract is divided into 13 lots, as defined in the technical inventory of references (Annex 1). This inventory includes a total of 132 references, structured according to a nomenclature of 5 price categories (from A to E). The HTVA ceilings per category are detailed in the category grid (Annex 6) and recalled in Article 7 of the present tender specifications.
