Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to §§ 130a para. 8/130c para. 1 SGB V for medicinal products with the aforementioned active substance within the period from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028 with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time (open-house model). Medicinal products according to the BfArM list pursuant to § 35 para. 5a SGB V (paediatric medicinal products) are excluded from the open-house procedure.
