Switzerland – Software package and information systems – Contact Center und Vermittler 2026

With this tender, the City of Zurich, represented by the Organisation and Information Technology Department (OIZ), hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, is evaluating a system integrator for modern contact centre and switchboard solutions based on the Microsoft Teams telephony currently used at OIZ. The contracting authority intends to conclude a contract with a duration of five years, with a unilateral option to extend by a further two years.
