Poland – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Wykonanie robót budowlanych w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego pn. Rozbudowa Szkoły Podstawowej nr 236 przy ul. Elekcyjnej 21/23 - nr postępowania 40/ZP/26

1. The subject of the contract includes the execution of general construction, sanitary and electrical works, in particular: a) the construction of a new wing of Primary School No. 236 at ul. Elekcyjna 21/23 in Warsaw, including the first equipment (excluding IT equipment*), b) the construction of a link between the new and existing school building, c) the construction of an underground garage, d) the construction of a sports field on the roof of the new wing, e) the construction of a multi-purpose ground-level sports field, f) the execution of accompanying infrastructure and land development, including the application of retention and rainwater management solutions as well as photovoltaic installations. * The contracting authority informs that this procedure does not include the supply of IT equipment. The supply and installation of laptops, desktop computers, photocopiers, wall mounts for monitors, and interactive monitors are excluded from the scope of this contract. The purchase and supply of the aforementioned equipment will be the subject of a separate public procurement procedure. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope of works and the requirements regarding the execution and acceptance of the subject of the contract are specified by: a) the design documentation constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ, prepared by the design office See sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Zdobywców Monte Cassino 37/3, 61-695 Poznań, which includes the following documents: - architectural and construction project, - executive project, - multi-disciplinary technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, - work items for information purposes - Building permit decision no. 147/WOL/PB/2025 of 30 December 2025, b) the draft contract terms - contract template, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
