Romania – Restoration work – Executia lucrarilor pentru obiectivul de investitie „Restaurarea și valorificarea durabilă a patrimoniului cultural al Municipiului Făgăraș - Ansamblul Arhitectural Cetatea Făgărașului - Castel și Corp Gardă Nord - Corp Gardă Sud și Turn intrare Poartă”

This public procurement has as its object the execution of works related to the investment objective "Restoration and sustainable enhancement of the cultural heritage of Făgăraș Municipality - Făgăraș Fortress Architectural Ensemble - North Guard Corps - South Guard Corps and Entrance Tower". The Făgăraș Fortress Ensemble, registered on the list of historical monuments in Brașov County at position 616 with the indicator BV-II-m-A-11687, is located in the centre of Făgăraș Municipality, Mihai Viteazul Street, no. 40. The investment aims to carry out restoration, consolidation, rehabilitation and enhancement works on an ensemble classified as a national historical monument, in order to preserve the built cultural heritage, improve the technical and functional condition of the buildings, and increase the tourist and cultural attractiveness of Făgăraș Municipality, in accordance with the provisions of the Financing Contract no. 831/30.06.2026. For the execution of the works, the Contractor will use all the documents and information made available by the Contracting Authority through the award documentation and the approved technical and economic documentation. The entry data used by the Contractor include, but are not limited to: • approved technical and economic documentation; • technical project and execution details; • technical memoirs by speciality; • speciality work specifications; • calculation briefs; • quantity lists; • financial summaries; • general investment implementation schedule; • architectural plans and drawings; • structural plans and drawings; • installation plans and drawings; • execution details; • surveys and specific documentation of the historic monument; • approvals, agreements, authorisations and administrative acts issued for the investment; • technical expertise, studies and supporting documentation developed for the investment; • documents and instructions transmitted by the Contracting Authority, the site manager, the designer or other persons involved in the contract implementation. The Contractor is obliged to analyse the documentation provided and to verify the correlation of the information necessary for the execution of the works. In case of identifying any discrepancies, inconsistencies or omissions in the technical documentation, the Contractor is obliged to notify the Contracting Authority and the designer before executing the respective works. The Estimated Value of the contract is 26,271,653.78 lei excl. VAT. 1.3 Environmental protection arrangements and restoration to original state - 113,583.70 lei excl. VAT (an amount that will not be subject to the procurement procedure, this being used only under the conditions provided for in art.221 of Law no.98/2016). Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information with 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
