France – Kitchen equipment – Accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande relatif à l’achat de matériels professionnels de restauration et de laverie pour la Ville de Troyes, Troyes Champagne Métropole et le Centre Municipal d’Action Sociale - Relance lot 1-.

A purchasing group constituted between the City of Troyes, Troyes Champagne Métropole (TCM) and the CMAS of Troyes, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The City of Troyes will act as the coordinator of the group. Each member of the group will, for its part, execute the framework agreement in its own name. The present framework agreement concerns the acquisition of professional catering and laundry equipment (re-heating oven, cold room, stove, dishwasher, gas burner, washing machine and dryer, etc.), for the City of Troyes, the Municipal Centre for Social Action (CMAS) of Troyes and Troyes Champagne Métropole (TCM). This is solely the relaunch of Lot No. 1 Professional kitchen catering equipment, declared unsuccessful by decision D2026/0060 due to the redefinition of the need and the modification of the consultation documents prior to re-tendering. Lot No. 2 was awarded in the previous consultation. Estimated notification date for Lot 1: October 2026. Single-supplier framework agreement with order forms, with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount for each member of the group: - Lot 1 Professional kitchen catering equipment (Maximum annual amount: City of Troyes 500,000 HT / TCM 80,000 HT / CMAS 50,000 HT) - Lot 2 Professional laundry equipment (Maximum annual amount: City of Troyes 50,000 HT / TCM 20,000 HT / CMAS 10,000 HT). Mandatory site visit to respond to the simulation used to evaluate the tenders (see Article 3.7 of the tender specifications).
