France – Computer-related services – Mise en place d'un centre de compétences pour la réalisation de prestations d'accompagnement en cyber sécurité

The i-TEAM, Telecommunications Network and Security Service (STRS), Cyber Crime Fighting Service (SLCC) and the Security Advice and Testing Department (ATS) of La Poste wish to enhance the cybersecurity skills of their teams by entrusting a service provider with the establishment of a competence centre that will enable it to cover the following resource needs: - assistance with the conduct of penetration tests - management and conduct of regulatory security opinions - technical security expertise - support for the management of cybersecurity and advisory services - operational cloud security advice and development

The contract is not allotted. The service will take place in metropolitan France. The prescriptive authority is based in Nantes. The processing of La Poste's data, including hosting, backup and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognised as adequate by the European Union. The consultation file that will be sent to the selected service providers will specify the elements related to this requirement.
