The subject of the contract is the supply of red meat, red meat processed products and animal fats, divided into 9 parts (tasks) in the estimated quantities specified in the price form – annex 3a to SWZ: Task 1 – SUPPLY OF RED MEAT SECURITY GROUP (GZ) SIEDLCE Task 2 – SUPPLY OF RED MEAT SECURITY GROUP (GZ) WARSAW – WESOŁA Task 3 – SUPPLY OF RED MEAT KOPYTÓW ZZ LOGISTYK II A Task 4 – SUPPLY OF RED MEAT PROCESSED PRODUCTS SECURITY GROUP (GZ) SIEDLCE Task 5 – SUPPLY OF RED MEAT PROCESSED PRODUCTS SECURITY GROUP (GZ) WARSAW – WESOŁA Task 6 – SUPPLY OF RED MEAT PROCESSED PRODUCTS KOPYTÓW ZZ LOGISTYK II A Task 7 – SUPPLY OF ANIMAL FATS SECURITY GROUP (GZ) SIEDLCE Task 8 – SUPPLY OF ANIMAL FATS SECURITY GROUP (GZ) WARSAW – WESOŁA Task 9 – SUPPLY OF ANIMAL FATS KOPYTÓW ZZ LOGISTYK II A 2. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in annex 1 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, which will be placed on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. 3. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in annexes 6, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, 6E, 6F, 6G and 6H to SWZ – draft contract terms and conditions along with annexes. 4. The contracting authority provides for the option right in the subject matter: The contracting authority provides for the option right in accordance with art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The exercise of the option right – depending on the needs of the contracting authority – will consist in increasing the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract, up to a maximum of 200% of the value of the basic contract. The contract specified in the optional contract will be implemented by the contractor, with whom the basic contract was concluded, on the principles and according to the unit prices specified in the basic contract. The contracting authority will inform the contractor to what extent he will be obliged to perform the contract specified in the optional contract. The optional part will be implemented on the basis of the contracting authority's statement of intent expressed in the form of a written order. The use of the option right to increase the assortment will apply within the framework of the concluded contract for the basic contract in the event of the need to ensure the continuity of supply to persons fed. The contractor will be informed of the above with a minimum of two weeks' notice. The exercise of the option right by the contracting authority is the right of the contracting authority. The exercise of the option right by the contracting authority gives rise to an obligation on the part of the contractor to implement the optional contract. In the event that the contracting authority does not exercise the option right, no claims shall accrue to the contractor on this account. The exercise of the option right does not constitute a change to the contract nor does it require the signing of an additional contract.
