The Municipality of Winterswijk has planned a redevelopment of the public space in the Bargerbosch district in Winterswijk. The reason for this is the condition of the public space. The district was developed in the 1970s. Many components are now in need of replacement, such as the surfacing and the sewerage. This provides the opportunity to make the public space climate-adaptive and future-proof. The Municipality of Winterswijk is organising a non-open tendering procedure. The municipality hopes to select a maximum of 5 candidates in the selection phase, who will be invited to participate in the registration phase. The aim of the registration phase is to select one contractor for the development phase of the contract and its implementation based on a two-phase contract (read: design-build team).
