Procurement of 1 front loader for the Győr Agglomeration Waste Management Intermunicipal Association. To unambiguously and clearly define the subject of the procurement, AK may refer in this call for tenders and in the supplementary procurement documents to a product, origin, type, process, activity, person, or patent or trademark defined therein. In all such cases, the designation is made only to clearly define the nature of the subject matter, and a tender may be submitted for a product prescribed in this call for tenders or for a product that is equivalent to it in terms of the detailed technical parameters relating to the given product. In evaluating the technical content, AK must assess the equivalence, for which AT must provide all the data. Therefore, AT is obligated to prove in the tender that the offered product is equivalent to the product defined by AK. AK will reasonably justify any rejection. The technical requirements and parameters related to the subject matter of the contract, as well as the tasks of the winning tenderer and the contractual conditions, are detailed in the documentation, technical description and draft contract forming part of the procurement documents. In addition to delivering equipment that complies with the above technical content, the tenderer is obligated to commission, test and perform the guaranteed and mandatory maintenance tasks within the warranty period, in accordance with the procurement documents.
