Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych przekazanych przez MPGK Sp. z o.o. w Choszcznie przez okres od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r.

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of transport and disposal (i.e. recovery and disposal) of municipal waste handed over by the Contracting Authority, for a period of 12 months. 2) The service of collection and disposal of municipal waste will be provided from the date of signature of the contract but not earlier than 1 January 2027 until 31 December 2027. 3) The contract is divided into 11 following parts: Part 1 – Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste; Part 2 – Biodegradable waste from garden maintenance; Part 3 - Paper and cardboard waste; Part 4 – Metal waste, plastic waste, and waste from multi-material packaging; Part 5 – Clear and coloured glass waste; Part 6 – Furniture and other large waste; Part 7 - Biodegradable waste – plant-based kitchen waste; Part 8 – Waste from construction, renovation and demolition of building structures; Part 9 – Used electrical and electronic equipment other than those listed in 20 01 21 and 20 01 23 containing hazardous components from households; Part 10 – Used electrical and electronic equipment other than those listed in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35; Part 11 – Used tyres.
