Romania – Maintenance and repair of computer peripherals – ”Servicii de mentenanţă, printare şi management al flotei de imprimante”

The contracting entity is procuring integrated maintenance, printing and fleet management services for printing, copying and scanning equipment located in the port area, on a "cost per page" basis, in accordance with the Terms of Reference no. 23581/17.06.2026. The active fleet in question consists of approximately 220 units (out of a total of approximately 270), with a tendency to decrease during the contract period. The contract covers integrated maintenance, printing and fleet management services for printing, copying and scanning equipment, on a "cost per page" basis, including:

• periodic preventive maintenance (quarterly) and corrective interventions;

• on-demand technical support and assistance, periodic technical inspections, repairs and labour;

• provision and replacement of consumables (toners/cartridges) and original (OEM) or equivalent spare parts;

• monitoring of counters and monthly reporting, via an online ticketing platform; adding/removing equipment based on individual orders.
