France – Plumbing materials – FOURNITURE DE MATERIEL ET MATERIAUX POUR LA MAINTENANCE DES INSTALLATIONS ET BATIMENTS DE LA REGIE DES TRANSPORTS METROPOLITAINS (7 LOTS)

The consultation is divided into the following seven lots: Lot No. 1: Supply of plumbing materials; Lot No. 2: Supply of welding materials; Lot No. 3: Supply of plywood; Lot No. 4: Supply of cement; Lot No. 5: Supply of stainless steel and aluminium profiles and sheets; Lot No. 6: Supply of steel profiles and sheets; Lot No. 7: Supply and cutting of plastic materials. The services are described and carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Special Clauses Document (CCP) common to all lots and its annex for certain lots, documents attached with the present Public Call for Tender (AAPC). Candidates may submit tenders for one, several or all of the lots. The offers will be examined lot by lot. Candidates may not submit variable offers depending on the number of lots that may be obtained. Each lot will result in the award of a separate contract. 2/ The present public contracts are awarded under a negotiated procedure, in accordance with Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Public Procurement Code. These are framework agreements within the meaning of Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. Each framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed by the issuance of purchase orders (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code). Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, each framework agreement is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over their duration (5 years), namely: Lot 1: 180,000.00 euros excl. VAT; Lot 2: 215,000.00 euros excl. VAT; Lot 3: 35,000.00 euros excl. VAT; Lot 4: 60,000.00 euros excl. VAT; Lot 5: 55,000.00 euros excl. VAT; Lot 6: 40,000.00 euros excl. VAT; Lot 7: 650,000.00 euros excl. VAT. 3/ These are public contracts for supplies which refer to the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public contracts for common supplies and services (CCAG/FCS), approved by the order of 30 March 2021. 4/ The duration of each framework agreement is five years firm from their date of notification. 5/ At the stage of applications, the documents transmitted with the Public Call for Tender (AAPC) are included in the Consultation Rules "Application Phase", attached as an annex to the AAPC. 6/ Candidates must necessarily submit their application (and their offer in a later phase) in a dematerialised manner via the site www.achatpublic.com. 7/ In a later phase, RTM will make the complete Consultation File for Companies (DCE) available to candidates admitted to submit an offer, via the site www.achatpublic.com which will provide the latter with the modalities for downloading.
