Romania – Vehicle-fleet management services – Management de flota auto si leasing operational

The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of the following services: "Fleet Management and Operational Leasing" to ensure the smooth operation of the activities of the directorates within DEO. The services to be procured are as follows:

Operational leasing services for vehicles leased under operational leasing, property of the Supplier - Monthly leasing rate

Fleet management services

A. For vehicles leased under operational leasing, property of the Supplier

1. RCA, CASCO

2. Vehicle registration, road tax

3. Vehicle operations

4. Vehicle maintenance - ITP

5. Tyres: tyre maintenance, replacement / seasonal change / storage / transport

6. Damage/Fransize advice

7. Fleet monitoring via GPS

B. For vehicles owned by the Beneficiary

1. Road tax

2. Vehicle operations

3. Vehicle maintenance - ITP

4. Tyres: tyre maintenance, replacement / seasonal change / storage / transport

5. Damage/Fransize advice

6. Fleet monitoring via GPS

Motor vehicle insurance services for vehicles owned by the Beneficiary: RCA, CASCO. These are paid directly to the broker/insurer, and are not part of the fleet management rate. Regarding the payment of franchises, these are paid directly by the beneficiary to the insurer, in accordance with the law.

Additional services related to fleet management for vehicles owned by the Beneficiary, those leased under operational leasing, and those owned by another Supplier

1. Vehicle rental in a system similar to rent a car

2. Towing

These services will be paid separately upon service rendered and are not included in the monthly fleet management service rate.

Other services for vehicles owned by the Beneficiary, those leased under operational leasing, and those owned by another Supplier

1. Fuel insurance (GPL, diesel, petrol), Ad Blue and electric energy supply

2. Vehicle washing, windscreen washer fluid supply

These services will be paid separately and are not included in the fleet management rate, in accordance with the specifications of this tender dossier.

The services defined above will also apply in the future to other vehicle models, in addition to the existing ones, which the Beneficiary may acquire as owner, during the term of the Framework Agreement, in accordance with:

1 Renault 5 BEV

2 Duster hybrid

3 Jogger hybrid

4 Ford Ranger PHEV

5 Toyota Hilux BEV electric

6 Toyota ProAce City electric

7 PRB special vehicle

Depending on the dynamics of the automotive market, technological changes, and other situations independent of the will of the contracting entities, the latter reserves the right to acquire similar/equivalent models to those mentioned above.
