Explanation: Subject of these services: Organisation of before- and after-school childcare in all primary schools of the free & community education in Zaventem + the organisation of holiday care for toddlers in all school holidays at 3 different locations (Sterrebeek, Sint-Stevens-Woluwe and Zaventem). The start of the lessons can vary slightly per school. (The exact hours can be found in APPENDIX F: Hours of before- and after-school childcare - TO BE CHECKED & TO BE COMPLETED!) The before- and after-school childcare (approximately 180 effective school days) falls within the contract. Also on pedagogical study days?? (Remove? Or optional leave days?) The current staff who now organise the before- and after-school childcare in the schools must be taken over with at least the retention of equal employment conditions, including extralegal benefits, as included in their respective individual employment agreements and the applicable legal status regulation. (See appendix F: ‘Worked out salary scales on D and E - APPENDICES TO BE CHECKED AND TO BE COMPLETED!!) Also, the staff of the non-municipal schools must be taken over with at least the retention of equal employment conditions, including extralegal benefits, as included in their respective individual employment agreements. The holiday care for toddlers must be organised from the autumn holiday 2027 at 3 locations. For this, use can be made of the infrastructure in the primary schools of Zaventem, Sterrebeek and Sint-Stevens-Woluwe described below. For Zaventem, we are looking at one of the three non-municipal primary schools in Zaventem to organise this in De Vleugel or in a ZAVO primary school. 1. GO!
