Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Sanierung Mühlbachhalle Schemmerhofen, Objektplanung (nichtoffener Planungswettbewerb)

The municipality of Schemmerhofen intends, through a negotiated procedure with a prior non-open design contest, to award the contract for the project planning (LPH 1-8) in accordance with § 34 Paragraph 3 HOAI 2021 for the renovation of the Mühlbachhalle in Schemmerhofen. The appointment is to be made in stages. In the first stage, LPH 1-4 are to be commissioned. The contracting authority intends, if the planning and execution of the construction measure is continued, to call for further LPH (5-8). The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the appointment to individual performance phases or partial services of individual performance stages or to individual sections of the construction measure.
