Finland – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – DPS Sydänkirurgiset tarvikkeet

The North Ostrobothnia well-being region (Pohde) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to procure the goods described in this invitation to participate and its annexes for the needs of Pohde and its YTA area. The YTA area includes the Lapland well-being region (Lapha), the Central Ostrobothnia well-being region (Soite) and the Kainuu well-being region. The purchasing unit will tender the procurements through separate internal tenders within the DPS, to which approved suppliers may participate. The purchasing unit will approve all candidates who have submitted a participation application and meet the suitability requirements set for candidates. The procurement procedure of the DPS is described in more detail in Annex 3 of the invitation to participate. The subject of the procurement is cardiovascular surgical supplies. The following product groups will be procured as appropriate units within the dynamic purchasing system: - Surgically implantable heart valves and annuloplasty rings - Vascular prostheses and patches, heart patches - Mitral valve repair devices - Heart cannulas with accessories - Supplies for open-heart surgery - Universal accessories for ECMO devices (does not include device-specific accessories) - Other products, supplies, instruments and new innovations used in cardiovascular surgery The purchasing unit reserves the right to use stockpiling in the internal tenders of the dynamic purchasing system, when it is appropriate for the subject of the procurement. The purchasing unit has the right to procure supplies outside the dynamic purchasing system if necessary, for example on the basis of separate tenders, direct procurements or valid agreements, within the framework of the procurement law. The dynamic purchasing system is valid until 31.5.2034, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. The use of electronic auction in internal tenders is possible.
