Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate contracts pursuant to §§ 130a para. 8/130c para. 1 SGB V for medicinal products with the aforementioned active substance within the period from 01.11.2025 to 31.10.2027 with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time (open-house model). In the open-house procedure, medicinal products according to the BfArM list pursuant to § 35 para. 5a SGB V (paediatric medicinal products) are excluded.
