Germany – Software supply services – 1750-DE-Nextcloud Enterprise

BWI GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "BWI") is considering awarding a framework agreement for the temporary provision of software licenses for the product Nextcloud Enterprise, including software maintenance and support services (Subscription) and related services amounting to 45,099,790.00 Euro (net) up to 67,649,685.00 Euro (net) (upper limit) through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition in accordance with Section 11 (1) Sentence 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV. The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum term of 7 years (four years basic term, with 3 extension options of one year each). As part of the ExtranetBw project, BWI is developing the capability to exchange information between the Bundeswehr (hereinafter: "Bw") and external parties. Nextcloud Files (core function of the manufacturer Nextcloud for file synchronization and sharing) has been established as a solution to ensure secure data storage up to the protection level OFFEN / Public between users. The environment is operated on-premise by BWI on the pCloud developed for Bw. The current number of users in ExtranetBw is 50,000. In a further expansion stage of ExtranetBw, the solution is to be expanded so that secure data storage up to the protection level VS-NfD is also possible. An increase in the required number of users is expected. Furthermore, in the project LI16 "Training Platform and Training System for the Modernization and Provision of a Virtual Learning Environment for the Bundeswehr" (hereinafter: "VLBw") is being developed. A secure data storage up to the protection level VS-NfD is also in development for the learning environment, which is also to be operated on the pCloud. Nextcloud Files is also intended to be used for this project and will be developed by BWI. In the context of LI16, an initial user number of approximately 150,000 users with an increasing trend is expected. Individual services: - Nextcloud Enterprise, incl. Nextcloud Files, in the subscription model. - Additional Nextcloud modules (apps) in the subscription model (e.g. Nextcloud Online-Office). - Services for: o Support services related to the software to be procured, o Development and implementation services for the software, o Creation and provision of concepts and documentation, o Provision of training services.
