Romania – Liquid dielectric transformers – TRANSFORMATOARE DE PUTERE MONOFAZATE 16 MVA 110/25 KV

The procurement is carried out to replace power transformers which, due to defects and advanced age, no longer present safety in use, and no longer reliably perform their basic function of ensuring electrical power supply, leading to the disruption of regular train circulation. Under these conditions, it is necessary to procure standardised monophase power transformers 16 MVA 110/25 kV, with technical characteristics and performance corresponding to current technologies, which will allow their installation in place of the transformers currently in use. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the award documentation up to the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information regarding the award documentation 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to clarification requests submitted after the set deadline. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider.
