France – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to aircraft and other equipment – Maintien en conditions opérationnelles des équipements PE associés aux ILS CAT III

The DSNA operates a fleet of ILS (Instrument Landing System or landing aid equipment) associated with DME (Distance Measuring Equipment) as part of its missions. There are 2 categories of ILS operation in France. Most are operated in Category 1, while Category 3 is used for all those installed at airports requiring "all-weather" access. These include Roissy CDG, Orly, Lille, Beauvais, Strasbourg, Metz-Nancy-Lorraine, Bâle-Mulhouse, Brest, Nantes, Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand, Limoges, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Pau, Marseille, St Pierre and Miquelon. Each of these Category 3 ILS systems in France is associated with a Panneau d'Etat (PE) equipment. The objective of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness, to handle updates following future ILS/DME installations, and to manage obsolescence of the current Panneau d'Etat.
