Netherlands – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Constructeur Sportcomplex Sportpark

The objective of this Procurement is to select and contract one constructor responsible for a structural design for a publicly accessible utility building ‘Sportcomplex Sportpark’. The project objective is to realise a functional, sustainable and future-proof sports complex that facilitates education, recreational sports and swimming, and also contributes to the experience and identity of the Sportpark. Under the sports complex, there will be a parking facility. The scope of the order concerns the creation of a structural design for the new sports complex. The following components are procured separately and added to the design team as disciplines: architect, installation advice, building physics and water treatment. These components are an integral part of the design assignment. The constructor is responsible for the structural design (VO, DO, TO) and the execution-ready preparation of the sports complex. The starting points and frameworks as laid down in the Programme of Requirements Sportcomplex, plot passport C1, image quality plan Sportpark and Urban Design Plan Sportpark apply. During the term of the agreement, the Procuring Entity reserves the right to extend the agreement with the following services: Contractor takes into account an additional assignment for the structural design work on the adjacent site. This concerns a separate design technical elaboration that may be additionally requested to be tendered. In addition, there is the possibility to expand the parking garage to two levels.
