France – Urban development construction work – Requalification des espaces publics des cités 4/11 et 5/12 dans le cadre de l'ERBM à Sallaumines

The Engagement for the Renewal of the Mining Basin (ERBM) is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate the rehabilitation and restructuring of the mining housing in the city of Sallaumines, particularly public spaces. Based on this, the present framework agreement for works in 5 technical lots and co-ownership with the Communauté d'Agglomération Lens Liévin is proposed. Some lots may be awarded to several economic operators who will be put in competition during the award of the subsequent contracts. The description of the expected works and their technical specifications are indicated in the CCTP of the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts concluded on its basis. The subsequent contract project n°1 is included in the consultation file. Therefore, it is requested that tenderers include an "MS1" offer in their file. The buyer awards the framework agreement first, based solely on its own criteria, without prejudging the award of this first contract.
