Denmark – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Udbud af totalrådgivning til om- og udbygning af permanent specialskoleafdeling for Langagerskolen i Kolt

The contract to be awarded covers total consultancy in connection with the redevelopment and expansion of a permanent special school department for Langagerskolen in Kolt at Kolt Skole, which is to accommodate the oldest pupils. The project aims to create the framework for a permanent satellite department for the already existing special school Langagerskolen. The project includes the construction of a new school building as well as the renovation and modernisation of the existing buildings. Kolt Skole was originally established for general education, and the school therefore requires extensive renovation to meet the needs of the target group as well as current requirements for, among other things, indoor climate, fire safety etc. It is expected that the added area will amount to approximately 1,850 m2 distributed over one or more building volumes. In order to allow for phasing across the renovation, which supports the temporary teaching already taking place at Kolt Skole, the project is expected to be carried out in three phases (stages). The first phase (stage) includes the construction of the new building volume(s). Furthermore, the renovation of the existing building volumes is divided into two phases (stages). The services of the total consultant are outlined in the project-specific service description and cover a broad spectrum of consultancy services in connection with the redevelopment and expansion of the permanent special school department for Langagerskolen in Kolt. The tasks on the contract will, however, primarily relate to the following services:

• Environmental and resource coordination

The consultancy services shall be provided in accordance with FRI and Danske Arkitektvirksomheders Ydelsesbeskrivelse for Byggeri og Landskab, 2018, as specified in the project-specific service description and otherwise on the terms stated in the consultancy agreement. The services of the total consultant will be carried out in main phases, cf. more specifically the total consultancy contract, which is initiated by the Client's special written order.
