Medicine Purchase, in accordance with the Task Book, annex to the Task Book and the Lot List from the present notice. Economic operators may request clarifications/additional information, no later than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests will be 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarifications must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contracting authority reserves the right to re-dimension the contracted quantity in accordance with art. 221, para. 1, lit. e/ and para. 2 Law 98/2016. In the event that the centralised public purchases organised by the Ministry of Health are finalised during the validity of the framework agreement concluded for the medicines which are the subject of this procedure, the contracting unit will terminate the framework contract / subsequent contract, by written notification without any compensation, following which the procurement procedure will be conducted in accordance with the new contracts concluded by the Ministry of Health. For the CPV codes related to this procedure, the framework agreement will be concluded on the date of award of the contract of the present procedure and the subsequent contracts will be concluded after the expiry of the validity of the framework agreements and the subsequent contracts from the ongoing procedure.
