France – Servers – Acquisition de serveurs, équipements de stockage, maintenance et prestations associées

The framework agreement covers the renewal of a critical virtualised infrastructure, including servers, a virtualised storage system, specialised network components, as well as associated services including maintenance. The consultation will lead to the establishment of a multi-supplier framework agreement with order forms (maximum 3) setting all contractual terms and conditions, with a minimum annual amount of 0 euros (excl. VAT), a maximum amount of 2 000 000 euros (excl. VAT) for the Communauté urbaine, and 400 000 euros (excl. VAT) for the city of Le Havre. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification. It may be tacitly renewed three (3) times for a period of one year, for a maximum total duration of four (4) years. The services, at unit prices, may be ordered on BPU, on the potential catalogues of the contractor, and on the public prices of the contractor in its tenders (to which the discount rate specified in the framework agreement is applied).
