France – Advertising, propaganda and information film and video-tape production – Prestations de conception et de réalisation de supports vidéo post création et reprise d'entreprise

In the framework of the Ici Je Monte Ma Boite (IJMMB) scheme, the Région Normandie wishes to implement support for entrepreneurs post-creation or takeover of their company through videos. This obligation on the Région is set out in Article L.5141-5 of the Labour Code. The "composite" contract comprises: - an ordinary contract part: production of the 15 videos defined in the tender specifications. These will be the subject of a firm order from the contracting authority; - a framework agreement part with subsequent contracts with a maximum amount of 25 000 euros (excl. VAT): production of additional videos whose themes will be defined in the relevant tender specifications.
