The subject of the public contract is the execution and procurement of all the works necessary for the construction, completion and commissioning of the building "FRDB - Construction of a Residential Building - construction" (hereinafter also as "BD" or "residential building"), which is the result of construction and assembly works and related project and engineering activities creating a unified whole, which is itself sufficient to fulfil an economic or technical function, and that within the scope specified in the Tender Documentation including annexes. The subject of the works is not only the new construction of a residential building in Prague 7, but also the improvement of the surrounding areas. The residential building is located on a free corner parcel of the former Papírna Block in Prague 7 Holešovice, the land is located at the corner of the streets "Železničářů" and "Za Papírnou".
