The consultation concerns the design and dissemination of the SMMAG's communication campaigns and its brand M. It is divided into two lots, each of which will be the subject of a separate award. Lot 1 concerns the Design and layout of various communication media and Lot 2 concerns the Digital acquisition strategy and management of display campaigns. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The framework agreement provides for maximum amounts per period and per lot. The duration of the framework agreement is two years, renewable 1 time for 2 years from the date of notification of the contract. Any date indicated in this notice is indicative.
