Czechia – Construction work – Nové sídlo radnice MČ Praha 10

The subject of the tender is the provision of a building intended for the performance of public administration for the Municipal District of Prague 10, suitable for regular use as the seat of the town hall, including the transfer of ownership of this building (and possibly related land) to the contracting authority. The fulfilment may consist in particular in the construction of a new building, the reconstruction of an existing building or the transfer of ownership of an already existing building, or a combination thereof, with the supplier proposing the specific solution in their tender.
