Bulgaria – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – „Доставка на хранителни продукти за нуждите на Домашен социален патронаж, Дом за стари хора и Обществена трапезария, гр. Раднево, по обособени позиции“

The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of food products for the needs of Home Social Patronage, Home for the Elderly and "Public Canteen", Radnevo, by separate positions, as follows: Separate Position No. 1: "Eggs, meat and meat products"; Separate Position No. 2: "Milk and dairy products"; Separate Position No. 3: "Fruits and vegetables"; Separate Position No. 4: "Fruit and vegetable preserves"; Separate Position No. 5: "Spices"; Separate Position No. 6: "Other food products". In accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. N-1 of 23.07.2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products, subject to public procurement, (published in SG, issue 64 of 30.07.2024), the subject of the separate positions includes the delivery of food products produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and the labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and acts for its implementation. A detailed description of the food products - subject of the order is contained in the Technical Specification - an integral part of the present public procurement documentation.
