The Karl-Rehbein-Schule (KRS) has been using rooms of the Pestalozzischule as a branch for several years. To create space for the future expansion of the primary school, a new building for the upper level of the Karl-Rehbein-Schule is to be constructed on part of the Fronhof site. The building "Haus des Handwerks" was completely demolished as part of the planned expansion of the Karl-Rehbein-Schule to realise the new construction. Scope of work for heating installation: - Air-water heat pumps in split design with 55 kW each 2 units; - Buffer storage 2000 l 1 unit; - Spray tube degassing 1 unit; - Pump groups with mixer 2 units; - Heating piping (DIN12-DN50) including connecting pieces approx. 500 m; - Heating/cooling piping (DN12-DN65) including connecting pieces approx. 50 m; - Multi-layer composite pipe heating (DN12-DN15) including connecting pieces approx. 1,650 m; - Radiators 89 units; - Single split unit 2.5 kW 1 unit; - Single split unit 5.0 kW 1 unit; - Insulation of the pipes; - Construction heating 143 kW with oil-fired burner and air hoses for 16 weeks rental period.
