The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents, control materials and consumables allowing for the performance of tests, validation and issuance of results (CPR) along with the lease of a coagulometer line with software and an analyser for the Diagnostic Department. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes a price list (Annex 1a to SWZ), a description of boundary requirements (Annex 1b to SWZ) and a contract template (Annex 5 to SWZ). This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which may result from responses to contractors' queries. The quantities provided are an estimated demand and are used to calculate the offer price (i.e. to determine the maximum remuneration of the contractor). The contracting authority reserves the right to waive the purchase of part of the assortment resulting from the lack of or reduction in demand for a given assortment.
