Slovakia – Information technology services – Zavedenie váženého množstevného zberu ZKO v Žiari nad Hronom

The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service for the project „Introduction of weighed volume collection of municipal waste (ZKO) in Žiar nad Hronom“, consisting mainly of design, delivery, implementation, configuration, integration, operation and support of the operation of an information technology system enabling: • regulated and authorized access to lockable shelters/collection points of bins, • identification of users and logging of accesses/events (audit log), • automated weighing of mixed municipal waste (ZKO) at each entry/deposit of waste, • assignment of the measured weight to a specific user identifier, • collection, local storage and transfer of data to a server storage, • data processing, reporting and exports for invoicing/fees, • integration and communication with existing systems of the contracting authority or waste management systems (e.g. via API), • operational functions (offline mode, backup power, diagnostics/monitoring, remote updates). The contract is not divided into parts. The tenderer will submit a bid for the entire subject of the contract.
