The Region of Jämtland Härjedalen intends to award a framework agreement for defibrillators/heart starters and consumables and accessories related to specific brands. The framework agreement will include three different levels of defibrillators: - Advanced defibrillator primarily intended for hospital use (HIA, IVA, PCI, etc.) - Defibrillator primarily intended for ambulance care, primary care, and wards - Defibrillator intended for office environments and public places. The region will enter into an agreement with a tenderer who can supply equipment adapted for all three levels. Currently, the region uses the same type of defibrillator for office environments and public places as for ambulance care. The region's intention is to replace all existing defibrillators during the contract period. However, as replacements can only be made once and at the rate at which financial resources are granted, no volumes can be guaranteed. However, in a first phase, it is relevant to replace the most advanced model. The region's intention and hope is that during the contract period the following quantities will be procured: Advanced Defibrillator Hospital: 15 units Ambulance Primary Care Ward: 155 units AED Public Places: 5 units.
