The subject of the order includes the supply to Direct Recipients (Treatment Centres for Haemophilia and Related Bleeding Disorders) of a bispecific antibody mimicking active factor VIII along with administration kits – hereinafter referred to as the “medicinal product” – in order to ensure the continuity of treatment for patients with inhibitor-complicated haemophilia A, as part of the implementation of the health policy programme of the minister responsible for health entitled “National Programme for the Treatment of Patients with Haemophilia and Related Bleeding Disorders for the Years 2024-2028”, hereinafter referred to as the “MZ programme”, as well as the supply of administration kits, organisation of deliveries to patients' homes, which are considered to be the place of residence or permanent stay of the patient, for the indicated number of patients indicated by the National Blood Centre (hereinafter NCK), collection and disposal of single-use equipment and medical waste, provision of strict records of the delivered medicinal product with control of drug use through the implementation of an electronic diary, preparation and preparation of information materials on the safe use of medicinal products for all patients and training of all patients in the safe use of the medicinal product no later than the day of the first delivery and delivery of containers for medical waste for all patients, meeting the requirements in the scope of the applicable regulations, on the principles specified in the content of the SWZ.
