Subject: „Delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training and warranty service of two operating tables, necessary for the Eye Disease Clinic and Surgical Clinic at UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich AD“. The public procurement is divided into two separate lots: LOT 1 - „Delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training and warranty service of an operating table, necessary for the Eye Disease Clinic at UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich AD“. LOT 2 - „Delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training and warranty service of an operating table, necessary for the Surgical Clinic at UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich AD“. The subject of the contract includes the following main and ancillary activities, related to each separate lot, necessary in connection with the performance: 1. Delivery; 2. Installation; 3. Commissioning. 4. Training for specialists of the Contracting Authority; 5. Warranty service; The full description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority is indicated in the Technical Specification to the present documentation for the public procurement. If anywhere in the technical requirements for the equipment a specific model, source, process, trade mark, patent, type, origin or manufacture is specified, it should always be read and understood as "or equivalent". The Contracting Authority will accept an equivalent, with the burden of proof for proving equivalence being on the participant. In accordance with the provision of Article 48, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act, it is considered added "or equivalent" wherever in the documentation and/or technical specification for the present procurement a standard, specification, technical assessment or technical approval is specified, as well as when a model, source, process, trade mark, patent, type, origin or manufacture is specified. The Contracting Authority will not exclude tenders, which contain parameters exceeding its minimum requirements. Contract performance period: Delivery is performed after receipt by the Contractor of a contract award notice from the Contracting Authority, with the maximum delivery period not being longer than 90 /ninety/ calendar days, and if necessary, the equipment may be left in safekeeping until the preparation of the premises in which it will be installed and commissioned. The place of performance of the contract is the seat of the company: Stara Zagora, „General Stolenov” Str. № 2. ​​​​​​​Estimated value of the contract: The total estimated value of the contract is 58 850.00 euro without VAT. The estimated value of Lot 1 is 29 500.00 euro without VAT. The estimated value of Lot 2 is 29 350.00 euro without VAT. The estimated value of the contract and of the separate lots is determined by a market survey conducted with UIN in CAIS EOP - T595769. The announced estimated value of the contract and of the separate lots is the maximum financial threshold set by the Contracting Authority. Tenders, which exceed the indicated estimated value of the contract and/or of a separate lot, will be excluded from the procedure. The estimated value of each lot is a comparable value in the sense of Article 72, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. Warranty period: The warranty period of each of the delivered items must be not less than 24 months, counted from the date of commissioning. Contract performance: Delivery is performed upon readiness from the Contracting Authority - with the sending of a contract award notice under the conditions of the public procurement contract. Training of personnel for work with the delivered items will be carried out at the place of delivery, specified specifically in the application for the conduct of training. Important!!! The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variants of the tenders. Important!!! When for objective reasons a change in a technical parameter has occurred between the date of submission of the tender and the date of delivery, on the basis of Article 116, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the parties may conclude an additional agreement for amendment of the contract, only if the new parameters exceed qualitatively those already proposed and this does not lead to a change in the proposed price. The Contracting Authority allows a change in the offered delivery period, only when the contractor proves that for objective reasons, beyond his will and care of good management, delivery within the initially determined period is impossible. The validity period of the tenders is 180 days. The Contracting Authority may request participants to extend the validity period of the tenders until the conclusion of the contract; A participant will be excluded from participation in the procedure for awarding the present public procurement, if after invitation and within the period specified therein, he does not extend the validity period of his tender.
