The public procurement includes the delivery of various types of medical devices and consumables for anaesthesia and intensive care, detailed by type and quantity in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. The procurement is divided into 28 separate lots: Lot 1 "Hemoadsorption system and accessories" with an estimated value of 59,700 euro excluding VAT Lot 2 "Infusion consumable" with an estimated value of 67,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 3 "Consumables for thermoregulation and fixation of medical devices" with an estimated value of 16,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 4 "Infusor for the infusion of solutions" with an estimated value of 1,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 5 "Consumables for non-invasive monitoring" with an estimated value of 10,300 euro excluding VAT Lot 6 "Consumables for specialised monitoring and defibrillation" with an estimated value of 46,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 7 "Syringes for locating the epidural space" with an estimated value of 7,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 8 "Aids for hygiene and oral care" with an estimated value of 17,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 9 "Aspiration set for tracheal secretions" with an estimated value of 3,500 euro excluding VAT Lot 10 "Epidural anaesthesia" with an estimated value of 24,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 11 "Spinal and plexus needles for regional anaesthesia" with an estimated value of 29,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 12 "Defibrillation electrodes" with an estimated value of 5,200 euro excluding VAT Lot 13 "Connectors, adapters, clips and supports for ventilation tubes" with an estimated value of 3,100 euro excluding VAT Lot 14 "Medical devices and consumables for invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring" with an estimated value of 31,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 15 "Consumables for anaesthesiology equipment and respiratory systems" with an estimated value of 7,800 euro excluding VAT Lot 16 "Antibacterial and humidifying filters, aspiration system" with an estimated value of 14,500 euro excluding VAT Lot 17 "Medical devices for securing airways and respiratory filtration" with an estimated value of 17,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 18 "Breathing masks" with an estimated value of 250 euro excluding VAT Lot 19 "Medical tubes for drainage and medical purposes" with an estimated value of 7,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 20 "Consumables for invasive monitoring and cardiac stimulation" with an estimated value of 36,600 euro excluding VAT Lot 21 "Needles for central venous port" with an estimated value of 8,500 euro excluding VAT Lot 22 "Sterile bandaging kits" with an estimated value of 12,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 23 "Consumables for enteral tube feeding" with an estimated value of 5,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 24 "Systems for faecal incontinence and consumables for them" with an estimated value of 4,800 euro excluding VAT Lot 25 "Consumables for peripheral intravenous access" with an estimated value of 21,000 euro excluding VAT Lot 26 "Gastrostomy tubes and ureteral catheters" with an estimated value of 500 euro excluding VAT Lot 27 "IBP sets for single use" with an estimated value of 8,500 euro excluding VAT Lot 28 "Carbon dioxide absorbent" with an estimated value of 4,300 euro excluding VAT Each participant may participate in one, several, or all separate lots. The contracting authority does not limit the number of separate lots that will be awarded to a single contractor. Evaluation will be carried out separately for each separate lot. The contract execution period is 24 (twenty-four) months. In case, by the date of expiry of the contract term for the respective separate lot, a new contract with the same subject matter has not been concluded, an option for extending the term until the conclusion of a new contract, but not more than 12 months, is envisaged.
