The subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is the supply of various types of medicinal products for the needs of SBALHZ EAD. In the technical specification, an integral part of the present documentation, the medicinal products are described in detail for each nomenclature - international non-proprietary name of the medicinal product, quantity of the active pharmaceutical ingredient, pharmaceutical form, unit, forecast quantity and forecast value. The quantities of medicinal products by nomenclature indicated in the technical specification are forecast, with the Contracting Authority not being obliged to order the entire forecast quantity, but according to its needs. The initially planned "Technical Specification" may be partially changed in the course of the dynamic system, with new medicinal products being added and/or their quantities changed. The duration of the DPS is 24 (twenty-four) months.
