The subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is the supply of various types of medicinal products for the needs of SBALHZ EAD. In the technical specification, an integral part of the present documentation, the medicinal products are described in detail for each nomenclature - international non-proprietary name of the medicinal product, quantity of the active medicinal substance, medicinal form, unit, forecast quantity and forecast value. The quantities of medicinal products by nomenclature indicated in the technical specification are forecast, and the Contracting Authority is not obliged to order the entire forecast quantity, but according to its needs. Initially, the planned "Technical Specification" may be partially amended during the conduct of the dynamic system, by adding new medicinal products and/or changing their quantities. The term of the DPS is 24 (twenty-four) months.
