For the scope of services General Planning, the Central Institute of Mental Health is seeking a suitable general planner through a VgV procedure without solution proposals. Due to the increase in beds and the further development of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the 3rd floor, which will become available in the future, is to be functionally restructured and converted for future use as a patient ward. It is planned to convert the existing office and functional areas into a patient ward. The spatial and functional layout should be based on the existing patient ward on the 2nd floor to ensure a uniform ward structure and comparable functional processes within the clinic.
